To make renting our cars as comfortable as possible for you and without any problems, please read the main provisions:

Mileage

The daily limit is 250 km. A surcharge of 20 AED is provided for each kilometer over the limit.

Fuel

Please return the car with a full fuel tank. Otherwise, the cost of the missing fuel (5 AED per liter) will be deducted from your deposit. Use grade 98 (super) gasoline.

Accidents

Stay calm in case of an accident. Contact us immediately for the necessary assistance and advice.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our car interiors. Violation entails a fine of 1000 AED.

Speed limit

In Dubai, it is allowed to exceed the set speed by no more than 19 km/h. Outside the city, strictly observe the speed limit indicated on the road signs. Please note that mobile speed cameras may be installed in some places that are not displayed in navigation systems.

Toll road sections

Dubai has toll roads with the Salik system. When passing through the payment points, 6 dirhams are automatically deducted. The total amount of the passes will be calculated after the rental is completed and agreed with you.

For convenience, we recommend using the Waze navigation app.

Parking in the city

City parking is paid via parking meters in coins or via SMS to 7275 (do not forget to pay immediately after parking).

Using a car

Our vehicles are designed exclusively for use on paved roads. Access to sandy or unpaved roads is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule entails a fine of 25000 dirhams, as well as reimbursement of the cost of repairing a damaged car.

Transfer of control to a third party

Transferring control of a car to a person not specified in the rental agreement is prohibited by law. Insurance coverage is not valid in this case.
